Foods of the World and Foods & Nutrition Students: If you miss a lab with an excused absence, you may make it up by cooking the same food at home (bring in a small sample for me to see) or completing a written make-up assignment.  Use class pages to download recipes and/or written make-up assignments.  Make-up labs are due within one week of your return to class.  The written make-ups do not correlate with specific missed labs.  Choose any written make-up you wish in the event you have missed a lab.
