YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES regarding absences are: 
      If you have a PLANNED absence, you are responsible to get assignments from this page. Assignments are DUE UPON YOUR RETURN. 
      If you are absent part of the day or the whole day because of a school activity (e.g. Chorus, FBLA) you are responsible to pass in anything due that day (I have a mailbox in the main office) as well as to obtain the homework assignment which you must pass in the following day. You are responsible for any quizzes on the following day as well.   

            Please do not e-mail me asking about what you have missed nor ask me during class. Everything is posted on the web site. If your computer is broken while you are sick, you can use the computers at school upon your return to get missed assignments.

 

COURTESY concerning grades:

            Your grades are important. If you have a question about a grade, please speak to me in person before or after school, not during class or between classes; something as important as grades can not be discussed on the run.  I am happy to communicate with your parents by e-mail, but since I see you in school, it is more appropriate that we SPEAK rather than e-mail each other.
