3-5-10: CONGRATULATIONS MIKE R., NEW ENGLAND RUNNER-UP IN THE 55 DASH! New School Record for the 4x400 team (Ryan, Marc, Luke, Ed,) and an outstanding performance by Brian in the 1-mile! ALthough a very rough start, it was a great day! Great Season!!!
2-13-10: CONGRATULATIONS 4th PLACE FINISH AT STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS All-Staters in the 4x200, 55, Weight, and 4x400! NEW SCHOOL RECORD FOR BRIAN IN THE 1500 AND ALSO THE 4x400 TEAM!
2-6-10: CONGRATULATIONS 2010 CLASS B CHAMPIONS! Individual champions in the 55, 300, 1500, weight throw, and also relay team champions in the 4x200! Some key improvements in performances, too (Wilson, Brian, Cyrus, Marc, etc.) Very impressive day. See results to the right. Ready for States on Saturday!
1-30-10: RUNNERS-UP, METROPOLITAN DIVISION. Nice work at this meet--a big congratulations to a very talented LaSalle team. New school records for us in the 4x200 and in the 300. Looking forward to the Class next week.
1-9-10: CONGRATULATIONS DARTMOUTH RELAYS TEAM! Barrington placed 12th out of 50 teams in this major regional meet. Congrats to scorers Mike, Wilson, Ryan, and the 4x200 team. Mike and Ryan broke their own school records. The 4x400 team (Ryan, Arthur, Luke, and Ed) broke a 2001 school record. See full results at www.lancertiming.com and team results to the right.
1-6-10: Good showing of performances at the Hope, Mt. Pleasant Dual. Results to right.
12-19-09: Tough start with the loss to Classical at the first dual. Good showing at the Coaches' Invitational. CONGRATULATIONS to Ryan G., who broke a 21-season-old record in the 300!!!
12-13-09: The 2009-2010 indoor season has begun. It is our largest team ever, and we have the highest expectations ever. Looking forward to a great season! Welcome!

ALSO CONGRATULATIONS TO 4x400 TEAM OF MATT, LUKE, ED, AND MARSHALL, WHO BROKE THE SCHOOL RECORD FROM 1995 BY Koehler, Taylor, Matsumoto, and Mt. Hope Coach Sabourin. ALSO, CONGRATULATIONS TO 4x100 TEAM FOR BREAKING THEIR OWN SCHOOL RECORD MARK. See results to right.

5-23-09: CONGRATULATIONS CLASS B TEAM CHAMPIONS! Individual winners Mike R. in the 100 and 200, and Zach in the javelin. 4x100 Relay champions Mike, Mike, Matt, and Luke broke a 1998 School Record! Way to go!
5-16-09: CONGRATULATIONS TO NEW SCHOOL RECORD-HOLDER MIKE READ IN THE 100. Mike's 10.5 broke the 1989 record of 10.6 held by Scott Delekta. Some great performances by many today at Classical Classic See results to right.

5-9-09: 2nd (tie) at the Rick Schomp Invitational. Congratulations to all competitors--some very impressive results. Two meet champs--Mike R. in the 100 and Matt in the 400. Also, congrats to Remy and Luc for great performances at Hartford, with Remy placing fifth in this major regional meet. A great day. Schomp results to right.
4-20-09: Congratulations on the big wins today, and on making the return after the break. Obviously, many performances were down after the break, and we have to keep focused on the bigger goals. Keep working!

4-14-09: CONGRATULATIONS to Remy, Wilson, Luc, and Ben for placing FIRST in the team scoring at the Cumberland Throwers' Pentathlon today. Congrats, also, to our distance runners who competed at the Cumberland Distance Classic for your great times there. A great day!

4-7-09: Nice beginning to the season at the co-ed dual with Mt. Hope and Shea. There were some really good performances out there in the cold. In fact, in five events there were performances that were better than our season's bests last year. The team looks good all-around. Nice work. Full results are at the link to the right.
4-4-09: Outdoor has officially begun! At the K of C Relays today, Remy placed very well in both the 12# hammer (3rd) and the 6K hammer (2nd.) Congratulations! Congratulations also to #9 Ryan in the Freshman Mile!
2-22-09: 3rd PLACE IN THE 2009 STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS!!! Congratulations! Congratulations to our State Champion 4x200 team of Marc, Mike, Mike, and Ryan. Congratulations to hurdle State Champion Mike B.! Congratulations, too, to Matt for breaking the 600 school record held by Mt. Hope Coach Sabourin. What a great day, everyone. Looking forward to New Englands on March 6th!
2-13-09: Congratulations to South Kingstown for their Class B Championships win. It was a one-point meet, and we should be very happy with many of the performances tonight. Nice job.
2-7-09: CONGRATULATIONS METROPOLITAN DIVISION MEET CHAMPIONS! This is the first time in at least eight years that Barrington has won this meet. This was a real team effort. The hard work has paid off. Now we focus on that Class Meet! The 4x1 Lap team of DeSisto, Braz, Gower, and Read broke a 20-year-old school record held by Scott Delekta, Marshall Hurd, Christopher Koehler, and Mark Spiridakis, who ran a time of 1:09.7 in 1989. The 5.4 by Mike Read in the 45 dash tied the 20-year-old school record held by Scott Delekta, who also ran this time in 1989.
1-26-09: METROPOLITAN DIVISION DUAL MEET CHAMPIONS! First time in many years! Congratulations!
1-12-09: Tonight was the first night that Barrington beat Classical and the first night Barrington beat LaSalle in at least five years. CONGRATULATIONS! Not only that, but even if we had not won, the perfromances would have stood on their own. We now have a number of preformances that have placed guys in the top ten in the state in their event, with several meets to go to work to improve those positions. Nice work! 1-10-09: Congratulations to everyone who qualified and traveled up to Dartmout for the Relays. It was a great experience, and we had some really nice perfomances. See full results to the right.

1-3-09: Brown Invitational results to right. Congratulations to medlaers Sid, Remy, Wilson, and Luc. Nice job to that 4x200 team, as well. Nice time. JV meet results will be posted after Monday.
12-16-08: CCRI Coaches' Invitational--nice start, although with an incomplete team. Looking forward to seeing us all out there. Results to right.
12-13-08: JV Meet. A lot of newcomers today. Good introduction to the sport for many. Results to the right.
12-12-08: Injury Fund meet is a good start. Fifth place, but just out of second. We know we were not complete today, so this is a great way to begin. Incomplete results at right.
INDOOR PRACTICES BEGIN ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 1st.
Mandatory Winter Sports Team Meeting Wednesday, November 12th at 6:00pm in the Auditorium. Athletes and parents will need to attend.
