BMS Spotlight on Learning

This week we would like to shine our BMS Spotlight on Mr. Moran. Mr Moran is really creative and every day even though sometimes we can't do physical activity inside he always makes sure to take us outside. He always introduces new activities so we won't get bored and he is also a good health teacher. (Nominated by a BMS Student)

This week we would like to shine our BMS Spotlight on Mrs. Caroll. Mrs. Carroll is an excellent teacher. She is someone who has tact and is a kind human being. Mrs. Carroll's preparation mechanisms such as writing essay shells as well as her guideline documents, as well as our class writing exercises have made me a much better writer than I was when I came into her class. I wish Mrs. Carroll the very best and I am very grateful that I have had her as my teacher for the past two years.(Nominated by Student, Neehar Kale)

This week we would like to shine our BMS Spotlight on Mr. Borgueta. Mr. Borgueta is a great teacher. Throughout my two years in Blue Cluster, he has always helped me and dealt with my excessive question-asking. Moreover, I have learned a lot in Science Class. Mr. Borgueta's class is also the place where lively full-class discussions in FAST, and we have had many fun moments. It was great to have Mr. Borgueta as my science teacher over these past two years, and I wish him warmly. (Nominated by Student, Neehar Kale)

This week we would like to shine our BMS Spotlight on Mr. Kearns. Mr. Kearns iis an inspirational and funny teacher. He is one that sets the bar high, but is very kind and his care for his pupils is thorough. I've very much enjoyed learning Social Studies with Mr. Kearns; moreover, I've also been inspired by Mr. Kearns' skill at preparation. He is the only person I know who plans out so many days in advance; he planned out the entire homework calendar as well as the agenda of every day of the school year for both 7th grade and had practically planned everything for 8th grade as well. Mr. Kearns' sense of humor is also quite good. Ultimately, I am deeply grateful for having had Mr. Kearns as my Social Studies teacher for the past two years and I thank him and I wish him happiness! (Nominated by Student, Neehar Kale)

This week we would like to shine our BMS Spotlight on Mrs. Orrall. Mrs. Orrall is a very genuine and kind teacher. She is always ready to lend a helping hand and is patient with students such as me who ask questions continuously. Mrs. Orrall's willingness to help students with her math is excellent, with her going over questions with us that we have questions on or her daily warm-ups which are good reviews of past activities have made me a better learner. I am glad to have gotten to have her as my math teacher for the past year, and I am happy that she chose to join Blue Cluster, and may she be blessed. (Nominated by Student, Neehar Kale)

This week we would like to shine our BMS Spotlight on Mrs. Oswald. The way she runs the newspaper club and the community service club is amazing. Although I’m not in her cluster, lime; I've heard she’s. A great math teacher. She is really thoughtful and good at planning. (Nominated by a BMS Student)

This week we would like to shine our BMS Spotlight on Razz Cluster. I am incredibly grateful to be a co-teacher in the Razzmatazz Cluster. My team has not missed a beat during an incredibly difficult year. The patience and kindness of Miss Ferry, Mrs. Bento, Mrs. Boyle and Brewster is unwavering. From welcoming all students with a good morning greeting each day, to exciting and thoughtfully planned lessons and projects that engage and include all learners, The students in Razz have had an amazing 2 year experience. My team has also always made me feel like a fourth member.

Do you know of a BMS Faculty/Staff/Student member that is shining bright! If you do, please complete the form below and we can include the nomination in an upcoming newsletter.
